familiarity. When you move as many times as we have, it is nice to come back home to where things are familiar. Both Ray and I grew up going to Lagoon in the summertime. (The newer rides are pretty cool, too!) We had an awesome day with Karen and her children and Garron. Clara was sick and Scott was working. Anna and Abbie spent much of the time hanging with Kilee and her friend. The big boys liked to go on their own. That left Ray, Jonathan, Karen, Kade, and me. Ray and I weren't use to only having one child, usually we are determining who is sitting with who and trying to prevent conflict. Jonathan and Kade were the best of friends. It was a great day!

- Ray and I have been married 24 years. We have 4 boys and two girls. We have lived in seven states, including Utah, Illinois, Arizona, Indiana, Colorado, California, Minnesota, and recently returned to Colorado. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and we love our church. We enjoy being parents and helping our children through the ups and downs of life. Our oldest son, Jordan, served a mission for our church in Guatemala Quezaltenango and our second son, Aaron is currently serving in the France Lyon Mission. I recently completed a certification program to be a Strategic Strengths Coach and I love the impact this learning has had on my own life and I have a great desire to share my learning with others. Never a dull moment! Life is busy, sometimes complicated, but life is good, and we are blessed!

Lagoon
.

I have decided that I really like Lagoon, especially now that our youngest is tall enough for the majority of the rides. I think what I like most is the

Our visit to the University of Utah
e
Thanks to Karen (Ray's sister-in-law), we were able to go on a tour of the UofU Football Teams's building and meet some of the coaches and football players. Karen was there with her children, Cousin Garron, Uncle Brian, Cousin Erick and girlfriend, Janel, were also able to come. Coach Sitake did a wonderful job of showing us the facilities, workout room, trophy room, meeting and prep rooms. The boys were in heaven! Coach Whittingham was gracious to meet, talk to us, and pose for pictures. Jonathan had a football signed by the coaches and players. Jonathan told Matt Asiata, one of their main running backs, that in posing for the picture you had to put your hands in the U shape as seen in the top picture. Robert Johnson, DB, posed with Jordan and Jacob. He stopped and talked to us and was very friendly. Lets just say it was the highlight of our trip!
